About the project
Exclusive projects rely on close contact and cooperation between the Architect, the Owner, and Camar to achieve architectural realities like those represented here. The facade was constructed with a total of 290 m³ of Crema Albero marble, where the division between floors was executed with continuous moldings in thick solid marble but with the finest detail.
The facade cladding, 3 cm thick, was fixed to the walls using the classic mounting system, glued to the load-bearing wall with cement and four anti-fall anchoring pieces. All perfectly assembled and adjusted to window frames, jambs, and lintels, finished with a solid triangular pediment at the top.
The main entrance portico is supported by four structural concrete pillars clad with hollow columns 6.75 m high with hand-carved Corinthian capitals, upon which rests a large triangular pediment 7.5 m long with a central star sculpted in high relief. Inside, we find an impressive double staircase made of Crema Marfil and various floors with Water Jet details. Undoubtedly, a unique and exclusive project. Fine work.
